One Bad Day

Hi friends, I had such a bad day today ! First of all when I was crossing the street this morning on my way to work some AH nearly runs me over !!!!!!!!! Then as soon as I get to work my credit card machine at my register decides not to work and some bitchy lady gets mad at me like it's my damn fault the ******* machine is'nt working.Then I went to Cajun Grill on my break to buy a green tea like I always do and I do remember paying the lady for the iced tea, but one of the ladies from Cajun Grill kept coming into my store and asking me if I paid for the tea -I was like 'Uh yeah" but somehow one of them must have lost the 2 bucks I gave her for the tea.I saw her then calling a mall security guy over and telling him about it - WTH ? So then he comes in my store and starts asking what happened.I told him I remembered paying for the tea and then I asked him "How could they give me the iced tea if I did'nt pay for it ? " Ok so that's like the last time I ever eat there or buy a cold drink there -that really pissed me off !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am alot of things  but I am no thief !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could'nt leave fast enought today.I came home and opened my mailbox and there was my Jorja pillowcase.My first instinct was to hug the pillowcase and cry. Friday Musings

Hi friends, hope you all had a great Friday.I worked today and got 16 people to sign up for our emails.My mom is in Hawaii now , she is so lucky, I have never been , but she will probably enjoy herself there.My co-worker Robert was back today after taking a month off work to be with his newborn daughter.She is a gorgeous baby !!!!!! I am touched by what a great and caring father he is to his kids, he also has a 5 year son as well.I only wish my father could have been a devoted dad to me and my brothers but he could have cared less about any of his kids and that to me is sad .Anyhow CSI last night was really good , but the ending shocked me, I sat there with my mouth dropped for 5 minutes.I ca'nt wait till next Thursday's episode !!!!!!!! Boy am I bored !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi friends, I am sooooooooo bored, I was off work today so I just stayed around here .I am really glad I am back at work again tommorow and Saturday.I could always go work out for an hour though.Maybe then I wo'nt feel so sluggish.CSI is something I am looking forward to seeing tonight though !!!!!!!!! I ca'nt wait to see the second part of last week's show,  Woo-hoo my favorite TV night is tonight.It is really cold here tonight , I guess winter is starting to come.Debbi never called back today either and here I was home all day -figures. Damn it :( I do'nt know if our friendship will ever be as strong as it was before she moved.I ca'nt even begin to tell you all how sad I am about that.Oh well guess that's the way it goes, hope you all have a great Friday, Love You All and Hugs Lisa P.S. Wednesday Thoughts

Hi friends, I worked again today, missing Anthony as well.I hope he is having a great time in Cabo.He deserves a nice vacation !!!!!!!! I got 17 people to sign up for our emails today -not bad !!!!!!!! My best friend Debbi left me two messages on my answering machine from earlier.I have missed her soooooo much since she moved , pray she calls back a third time tonight so I can chat to her !!!!!! Well it's promising she called though, I bet I know why, lol.Bet she wanted to tell me Jorja Fox is on the cover of TV Guide this week !!!!!!! But as a huge fan of Jorja I knew the week that TV Guide was coming out she was going to be on the cover !!!!! Anyhow tommorow night Thursday is the conclusion from last week's CSI.I ca'nt wait to see what happens, I loved the Season Premiere last week-what a great episode !!!!!!!! My day today

Hi friends, I was soooooo happy to go back to work today, I mean I love off days, but 6 in a row are too many, and besides my bills need to be paid , my cat always needs food and what-not so I am glad to be back.Besides I really missed my co-workers , but my Anthony is gone until Oct 3'rd in Cabo.I sure miss him , but he deserves a vacation and I hope he has fun.I gave him money a week ago in case he saw anybody selling silver rings so he could pick out one for me.OMG you guys when I was in the break-room today on posted up on the wall was a paper that said out of all the World Markets we had the most customers sign up for the emails !!!!!!!!!! That is totally awesome !!!!!!!!! I wish I would have been at the store when Anthony first saw that paper !!!!!!!!!!! Anyhow work again tommorow and hopefully it will be a little busier in the store tommorow then it was today, I was dying of boredom today and I kept playing with the big hourglass in my store, Love You All and Huggggggssssssss Lisa

Monday Thoughts

Hi friends, hope you all had a good Monday. !!!!!I went to the post office this morning to mail Pam's money order off and I also had some bills to mail as well and a letter for Lisa Jo with some eye candy inside.It is really hot here today, I have been drinking lots of ice water and iced tea all day. A cold shower is in order for later.Anyhow I will finally be back at work tommorow which I am happy about.I need to be back at work making money because my bills wo'nt pay themselves.It will be nice to go back tommorow because I like my job for the most part and I have missed my co-workers alot.Anyhow hope you all have a great Tuesday, My neighbors next door are barbequing steaks on thier deck and they smell sooooo good !!!!!!! Hello Friends

Hi friends, not too much exciting to report today, I went grocery shopping and did laundry, woo-hoo huh ? Lol anyhow this Wednesday my mom will be on her way back to Hawaii for the first time in 25 years, I hope she has a great time !!!!!!!!!! I have never been there before, but I have heard it is beautiful there !!!!!!!! Maybe someday I will get there.For those of you who like Survivor the guy on there Yul is my hometown hero from San Mateo -how cool is that ? And on last week's show he found the immunity idol !!!!!!!!! Go Yul, lol.Now see the wisest thing he can do is to keep quiet to the others he found the idol, he seems smart, he probably will.Anyhow I am going to make a run to the post office tommorow because my awesome online friend Pam bid on a Jorja Fox pillowcase for me on Ebay and won it !!!!!!! Pam is such a great friend, I am so grateful to her for doing that for me-So I'm going to send her money order off tommorow, she said the pillowcase is awesome, I ca'nt wait to see it !!!!!!! My day today

Hi friends, I hope you all had a good Saturday, My awesome friend Lisa who has the journal Please Do'nt Take Life For Granted sent me an email about how to find sex offenders in your hometown, I was looking at some of the pictures trying to see if I saw that drunk creep on there that comes in my store sometimes, I will have to look more later because I really would'nt be surprised if I saw his picture on that website.Anyhow I need to buy a frame to put my TV Guide in that came out yesterday, I love , love , love the cover picture !!!!!!!!!! Gorgeous photo !!!!!!!!!!!! I went to another street fair today in my old stomping grounds Pacifica,there are always some good vendors there. It was pretty fun and lived up to it's name The Fog Fest this year, lol.I should go work out for an hour, I have been putting it off lately and then I feel guilty later.Hope you all have a great Sunday, Love and Hugs Lisa XO

CSI was soooooooooooooooooooooo good

Hi friends, OMG for those of you who saw CSI was'nt the opener tonight the greatest ???? Wowwhat an episode !!!!! I was thinking of Lisa Jo when that episode was on and wondering if those jack-asses brought her a new DVR -I hope they did !!!!!! I ca'nt wait to see the TV Guide tommorow with Jorja and William Peterson on the cover-I have always wanted them on the cover , I even thought of writing to TV Guide and suggesting it, but hee-hee they got my thought wave.Anyhow I am dying to go back to work, I miss my co-workers and Anthony of course, he will be in Cabo next week so I wo'nt get to see him.I loved Cabo when it went there last December, it was beautiful there with the sparkling water and the beaches, hope you all have a good Friday, Love You All Lisa XO

OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi friends, I was looking at a CSI website this morning and they showed the cover for TV Guide this Friday and Jorja is on the cover with William Peterson !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, OMG, OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have always wished Jorja would be on the cover of TV Guide or any magazine for that matter.So you know which magazine I will be rushing to pick up this Friday, Hee !!!!!!!!! I bought the second season of House at Costco tonight, $37.00 was not a bad price at all but the CSI DVD's  from the 6'th Season  are the ones I am waiting for !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a day

Hi friends, I worked today and it seemed like it was going to be a quiet day again like yesterday.Boy was I wrong !!!!!!!! I was at my cash register and I happened to look out in the food court in the mall which my register faces and low and behold there was a man out there who looked kind of scruffy and his pants were way too low now, he leaned over and his ass was totally exposed !!!!!!!!!!!! Then he walked into my store. Ok I was scared then, I walked away from my register with my heart racing, I went to find Anthony and he was talking in a group in the middle of my store, I made eye contact with him, and I'm sure he saw I was acting scared and nervous, I gently touched the side of his arm and said quietly "I think we should keep an eye on that man" Anthony nodded and said 'Yeah I saw him out in the Food Court" I knew Anthony would protect me from this creep so I walked back to my register and saw a mall security guy out in the Food Court, I walked over to him fast and said 'Uh there is a man in my store you should probably see, his ass is totally exposed "The mall security guy followed me back in my store and asked me to point the guy out to him, but when I came back in my coworker Lydia caught the mall security guy's eyes and pointed to the guy whose back was to her.The mall security guy took the creep's arm and escorted him out of the store, and that was my day.Well not my whole day but the most alarming part of it.Anthony would never let anyone hurt me , just as I would never let anybody hurt him , if for whatever reason his life was in danger in my store, I would do everything I could in my power to save his life, would I take a bullet for him ? Monday Thoughts

Hi friends, I worked today for a few hours and my Anthony was there, I gave him some money for the ring and I told him I would find out what my ring size is before he leaves for Cabo next week.I got 14 people to sign up for our email list today, my goal was 20 but hey 14 is better then nothing. I just want to make Anthony proud and get Cyndie off his back the best way I can.He is such a great manager and I appreciate everything he does for me and all of us at the store.Anyhow I am working again tommorow.I hope all of you that I told to watch Gumdrops tonight enjoy it, I am in love with that episode !!!!!!!George Eads shows a sweet and caring side that you rarely get to see, Enjoy your Tuesday everyone, Love You All Lisa XO

Hi friends, Today was pretty good.I shopped a little and picked up the new TV Guide because there are lots of CSI articles I had to have, Anyhow you guys for those of you who have never see the CSI episode I've been telling you all about tommorow night is one more chance, it will be airing tommorow night at 8:00 on Spike TV, please I beg you guys to check it out, for me, I really want you guys to see that one episode, it is about never giving up hope, it sends a really good message and the performance George Eads gives in that episode is so heart-felt and compelling !!!!!! Saturday Ramblings

Hi friends, today was ok, I had a goal to get 45 people to sign up for my store's emails today but for some reason nobody was really in the mood to sign up today.I only got 14 people to sign up , better then nothing I guess , but dissapointing to say the least.Anthony tried to reassure me and say I got more then anybody else today but I will try again Monday and Tuesday.I read on the internet the tainted batch of spinich that was recalled came from California, is'nt that lovely ? So in case you guys did'nt hear do'nt eat any raw spinach right now, there is an E coli outbreak and better safe then sorry, the raw spinach is like in the aisle where the bagged lettuces are but my god is frozen spinach even ok right now ? I wo'nt be getting spinach for a long time.Hope you all have an enjoyable Sunday, I send hugs to all of you !!!!!!!! 34 Emails today, Eat your heart out Cyndie !!!!!!!!!

Hi friends, I worked an 8 hour day again today and I got 34 customers to sign up for our emails today !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah baby top that Cyndie !!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanted to get her off Anthony's back for the emails and well 75 so far this week I got and I still have tommorow a Saturday to aim for 40 !!!!!!!!!!!!!Anthony is so happy about me getting so many, he was so thrilled today when he left I had 30 but then after he left I snagged 4 more !!!!!!!! It is to the customer's benefit to sign because they will get coupons from my store including a 25% Friends and Family one in November so it's something they can use for sure.Ok so I am like drunk with happiness right now !!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you all have a great Saturday, I'll be at work getting more customers to sign up for our emails, think I can get 40 tommorow ? I will shoot for 40 and try my best !!!!!!!!! Cyndie gets whapped again, lol

Hi friends, I opened today so I was up at 7:00 a.m. and out the door at 8:00 this morning.I got 20 customers to sign up for our email list today so that is 41 so far !!!!!!!!! The magic word to tell them is that they will "coupons" from our store in our store,  Cyndie will be so shocked she will shut her big trap and leave my Anthony alone !!!!!!!!!! I still have tommorow and Saturday to ask the customers too so I am still trying and I wo'nt give up.I told Anthony today when he was standing near me 'Do'nt worry, I'll get Cyndie off your back " He smiled and said "Her bark is worse then her bite" But she really is a meanie and I have seen her in her worst mood and it's not a pretty sight !!!!!!!!!!!! I overheard Anthony telling someone he was going to Cabo San Lucas in 12 days -I asked him if I could give him 12 bucks if he could get me a sterling silver ring there and he said 'Yes" OMG !!!!!!!!!!! I had one from there I loved and it rolled down the tub drain two months ago and is probably gone forever.Wow if he gets me a ring I will treasure it forever !!!!!! He dresses so nice and he has great taste so I know anything he picked out for me would be awesome !!!!!!!! Anyhow I am opening again tommorow but I hope you all have a good Friday !!!!!!! Take That Cyndie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi friends, today was a pretty good day !!!!!!! I went to work and I remembered what he told me at the meeting Sunday about asking the customers if they would like to be a part of our email list and they would get coupons from our store in thier emails -well I got 21 people to sign up !!!!!!!! I was really glad I did too, Anthony was really proud and then Cyndie calls up an hour before I went home and was yelling at Anthony because last week we had'nt gotten many customers to sign up on our email list so take that Cyndie !!!!!!!!! She wo'nt have any reason to yell at him from now on , I will shoot to get 25 a day at least so I have 85  more to go between Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I can do it, I will do anything I can to keep Cyndie from being her bitchy miserable self to my sweet Anthony-how dare she yell at him !!!!! I hear him every day asking customers if they would be to be on our email list, god she is a bitch !!!!!!!!! Anyhow tommorow I am off so I will get some errands done and goof off a little. Where were you on 9/11 ?

Hi friends, my heart is heavy as I think back to that dark day  5 years ago today.I woke up like any other day to get ready for work.I turned on the news to watch the traffic reports and I saw a breaking news story on and a plane that slammed into one of the World Trade Center buildings.I could'nt understand what was going on at first, I sat frozen with shock wanting to run and wake my mom and brother up, I could'nt believe what I was seeing, when the second plane hit I knew it was'nt an accident.I was crying and shaking and a mess. I keep trying to put lip gloss on before I left for work but my hand would'nt stop shaking. I somehow made it to work.I had never felt more helpless in my life.The store had an eerie stillness and my co-workers seemed dazed.This was before sweet  Anthony came into my life and the manager we had back in 2001 was a neurotic crazy lady who lived on caffiene and never ate.She was like a jack rabbit on speed running around the store.Anyhow there were no customers at all in the store all day except maybe two.Chris my asst manager then who I did'nt care for much said I could go home early, I was more then happy to.Sept 11'th was the day the world lost it's innocence , It's a day I will never forget as long as I live.The world will never be the same.God bless all the familys who lost loved ones that day, God bless all the firefighters and NY policemen, I love you all, God bless you all , Love Always Lisa

Morning Meeting Highlights and more

Hi friends, I just got home from my meeting, I'll tell you all about that in a second.But first of I just want to say that most of the people who post on the Aol CSI message board are the rudest, most hypocritical bunch of people I have ever met !!!!!!!!!! As most of you know Jorja Fox is my most favorite actress ever .I just love her !!!!! I admire her so much and my biggest wish is to meet her someday!!!!! Well geeze these people on the Aol board are so against her onscreen relationship with Gil Grissom aka William Peterson.Then they go on the board and claim they are CSI fans and say things about Jorja and make fun of the space between her front teeth and bash her as a person because of something her character said on the show once !!!!!!! Give me a freaking break already !!!!!!!! Also in the very last episode of CSI Grissom and Sara  aka Jorja Fox had an intimate moment at the end which by the way I will see for the first time tommorow night on Spike TV at 8:00 p.m. So I guess there are a small group of CSI watchers that are against Grissom and Sara being a couple and they claim to be CSI fans and they post things on the message board and say "Oh Can I buy the DVD set and burn the last cd ?" It really is pathetic and stupid is it not ?

Anyhow that is my rant for today, anywho my meeting today, lol .So Leslie picked me up at 7:00 and off to the meeting we both went.Anthony greeted me when he saw me and thanked me for coming and Leslie too.So we all went to the back of the store and he went over stuff with all of us like customer service, and safety rules , etc.However also he mentioned in Oct there will be trip giveaways used as incentives for top sellers in our store and OMG you guys check this out on the trips guess who gets to go with the winner of the trips ??????? The General Manager Anthony !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow can you say dream come true for me ??????????? I have dreamed about being with him like every day alone and now I have a chance for it to come true , Wowsa you had better believe I will be pushing sales !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm an Idiot

hi friends, I spent the day in Modesto today with my friends who live there.They showed me around and I got to see thier new house-it's nice and everything but I do'nt think I would want to live there.It seems lonely there, like isolated.We drove by the street where Laci Peterson's house is, It was strange to see her house in person there and it made me feel really sad.She seemed like such an awesome lady ! I think I gave myself a bladder infection, I was taking a bath one night and I did'nt have anymore bubblebath left so I poured bodywash in the water instead, same thing almost I thought.The day after I did that my personal space down below seemed irritated, it kind of hurts inside me so great , I did this, I guess I need to go to the doctor's now and get some antibiotics to cure this infection.God I am such an idiot, but ladies do'nt do what I did ever !!!!!!!!!!!!! I have my 8:00 a.m. meeting tommorow but I actually have to get up at 6:00 a.m. to catch a ride with Leslie at 7:00 a.m. , ugh I hate getting up at the crack of dawn !!!!!!!!! There is a God besides Anthony, lol

Hi friends , I worked an 8 hour today and Mr Luscious Anthony was there to help me get through the day.It was a pretty busy day, lots of furniture sales so the 8 hours sped by.When I was getting ready to go home today one of the mall security gals motioned for me to get my attention, I went over to her and she said the creepy guy was following some lady yesterday so she called the mall security and now they know who this AH is, I am so relieved !!!!!!!!! She told me if I see him in my store again to call them, No prob !!!!!!!! I had told that mall security gal about this creep on Tuesday and he had kept staring at me and how nervous and upset it had made me !!!!! I am so glad they are aware of this creep !!!!!!!! I have an early store meeting on Sunday at 8:00 , but if Anthony is there , hey my morning will be made !!!!!!!!! I ca'nt wait to see my friend at work Leslie's face when I give her the B-day present I bought her, she is such a pretty girl and I bought her a beautiful red shiny lip gloss from MAC , our favorite make-up company, Have a good weekend everyone !!!!!!! Another Day, lol

Hi friends, hope you all had a good Thursday.I was trying to sleep this morning and I woke up to the lovely sound of the gardeners blowing thier obnoxious leafblowers.Ugh so I rolled out of bed , sleep was a lost cause.I turned on the news and saw Paris Hilton had been arrested for drunk driving , Oh happy day !!!!!!!! I ca'nt stand that girl, she is sooo freaking annoying like a huge fly you just want to swat ! And sorry Paris but you are not all that !!!!! I think my J-land friends are all that though, lol.The tv in my bedroom has decided not to work again , god I just am so tempted to kick that thing over my balcony!!!!!!!!! Anywho tommorow I will be working an 8 hour day, but my Anthony will be back so that will be nice,hopefully the store will be busy, we need some business !!!!!!! My brother was here earlier and stepped on my glasses and broke them so I had to go make a special trip to get them fixed, are all boys destructive ??????? My brother sure is, lol

Hi friends, I am not getting my alerts and it pisses me off sooooooo much !!!!!!!! God is it too much to ask for to get my damn alerts ? I just got home from work a little while ago, I opened today so I spent much of the day feeling tired and bored because it was a slow day.I am off tommorow and then opening again Friday, I kept glancing out in the mall today to see if I saw the creepy drunk guy wandering around, but thank god I did'nt !!!!!!!! I miss Anthony, I feel safe when he is around , hopefully Friday he will be back, two days without Anthony make Lisa crabby, lol.My CSI is still showing the 6'th Season on Spike this week, I am stoked !!!!!!!! I thought it was just Labor Day only, the episode at 8:00 on Spike tonight, The Unusual Suspect is one of the better ones, check it out tonight you guys, lol.Hope you all have a great Thursday, Love You All Lisa XO

Hi friends, I just got home from work, Anthony was off, and boy I missed him there.I was at my register today as usual so I look up and I see the drunk creep coming into my store and to make matters worse he was staring right at me too.My first instinct was to run, boy did my heart start pounding, I get so pissed off and scared everytime I see this guy.Why does'nt he just stay home ? He has no business being in a mall drunk out of his mind, to get my mind off this creep I thought about my awesome new friend Lisa who has the journal Please Do'nt Take Life For Granted, she is such an amazing lady and I admire her strength and her courage. If you guys have'nt met her yet please go over and say "Hello" to her, she is a great person and an inspiration to many ! I called Robin and asked her to take over my register for 5 minutes so I could avoid getting the drunk creep in my line and as I dashed off to the restroom the creep was in my store and turned around to stare at me again, This guy is what you would call a menace to society, he is so scary-looking, I would almost guess he was or is a child molester before or something, why ca'nt he go find another mall to invade instead of the one I work at ? Hi friends, I hope you all enjoyed the CSI marathon for those of you who watched it.I was in CSI heaven !!!!!!!!!!!! I never wanted the marathon to end, God I love that show, lol.Ok I have another website for you guys to visit from the street fair, I am in love with butterflies as some of you know and there was this man at the street fair that makes these beautiful boxes with butterflies in them .Go look and see how beautiful they are, he does'nt harm any of the butterflies he uses for his art, I think a butterflies life span is only three weeks , can you guys believe that ? CSI marathon starting at 9:00 a.m. tommorow , Woot-Woot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi friends, For all of you that are CSI nuts tommorow starting at 9:00 a.m.  on Spike TV there will be an all-day CSI marathon !!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited !!!!!!!!!!!!! And stoked as well I'm off work tommorow, Hell yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I urge you guys who have never seen CSI before to watch one episode of it for me, lol .You wo'nt be sorry I promise, you might be intrigued or impressed though, lol.The 6'th Season which will be shown all day tommorow was soooooooo good !!!!!! Saturday Thoughts

Hi friends, hope you all had a great Saturday.I talked on the phone this morning to one of my awesome online friends Diane, she is such a sweetie ! I then left around noon to go to a street fair in Millbrae, not too far from here.It was pretty fun, crowded but great fun !!!!!!!!! I bought some hair scrunchies, a sterling silver rose ring,  and some awesome brownies.OMG they are sooooooo good ! I offered my friend Randy $10 bucks if he would tape the CSI marathon for me but he will out of town Monday, darn, oh well, I'll watch the entire thing, lol.It's nice to be off work on a Saturday, this is the first Saturday in months I've been off, I am so sleepy today, maybe I'll go to bed early tonight, yeah right,lol. A CSI Marathon on Labor Day-Woo-Hoo !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi friends, today was really good !!!!!!!! I got up at 7:00 this morning and off to work I went.Anthony was there looking strikingly handsome as always, when I came in he was like "Oh Cyndie is coming by today" I groaned to myself ( Cyndie is our district manager) And said to myself "Again? She was just here last week.But two things I was grateful for, one was she was in a good mood and two she stayed in the office most of the day on the phone.Anthony asked me when I went to my register if I would ask all the customers if they wanted to sign up for our world market email and they would get coupons for our store, I got like 17 people to say 'Yes" Anthony was really proud of me and Cyndie even smiled at me and gave me a high 5, it was a great feeling !!!!!!!!!! Yea me, lol.

I went home feeling good and about to enjoy my weekend and I heard on Spike TV tonight on Labor Day starting at 9:00 a.m. there will be a CSI marathon of the 6'th Season airing all day on Spike TV, Wow that is soooooooooooo cool ! I wish my VCR was working, I would tape the whole thing, and another thing that CSI episode I told all you guys to watch a couple of weeks ago Gumdrops, it might be on during the marathon and those of you who missed it have another chance to see it again !!!!!!!!!!! I will let you guys all know what time it will be on Monday if it is repeated again, oh man that episode is a masterpiece !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a CSI fan a CSI marathon is the best way in the world to enjoy a day off, Love You All Lisa XO
