Meet Grissom the cat :)

 Hi friends,this is what my new foster kitty looks like above. Thanks to all of you who suggested names for my foster cat.I decided to name the kitty Grissom after the most beautiful man on TV, William Petersen aka Gil Grissom, I am sure this cat is a boy, he is very shy and I have never gotten close enough up to him to see if he is a boy or girl yet, I am his food owner, I do'nt think he is tame enough to have as a pet though, he is a wild kitty, but at least now he wo'nt be a hungry kitty.I was thrilled to read on CSI Files earlier there will be a CSI magazine coming out in the Fall, I was shocked at the price for a year though, $ 39.95 is expensive, for 6 issues, 3 regular ones and three special ones. I wonder if Barnes and Noble will carry that CSI magazine, I hope they will since there is one at the mall I work at, I have'nt worked out in two weeks and I feel really guilty, I can be really lazy sometimes, wish I could afford a personal trainer to help me whip my ass into shape.Anthony told me last week that he works out every day, I should pay him to be my personal trainer, lol.I hope you all enjoy the chicken recipe I posted earlier, I have so many good recipes to share with you guys, I was considering maybe doing a recipe entry every week for you guys if you would like that, let me know, have a great Tuesday, back at work for me tommorow, I will go work out later , I need to motivate myself to do it, it is important every day to work-out 30 minutes if you can and 30 minutes is'nt bad at all, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

A recipe for chicken lovers

Hi friends, for those of you who like chicken here is a simple but yet delicious recipe called Santa Fe Chicken, here is the list of ingredients

        1 large onion , chopped

        1 Tbsp butter
        
        1-1/4 cups chicken broth
        
        1 cup salsa

        1 cup long grain rice

        1/8 tsp garlic powder

        4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

       3/4 cup shredded chedder cheese

        1 cup of fresh cilantro

     In a large skillet saute onion in butter until tender.Add broth and salsa , bring to a boil.Stir in rice and garlic powder, place chicken over rice, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Turn chicken, cook 10- 15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.Remove from the heat.Sprinkle with cheese;cover and let stand for 5 minutes.Granish with cilantro.

A Contest For You Guys

  Hi friends, the roofers are back pounding above me on the roof and driving me nuts.I thought for sure they were done last Friday, so much for that.I took Jorja and Bill's pictures down from above my bed once again and my clocks too.Hey I have a contest for you guys to name my new stray kitty, he is grey with black stripes and big green eyes, I'm sure some of you can come up with a good name for him, for those of you who are CSI fans , Lisa Jo you will probably notice this, lol.Have any of you ever noticed during CSI when there is an awesome song playing on there during an episode the next day that song will be playing in your head all day, I notice that all the time, I love the music on CSI, the music composer on there John M Keane is a genius !!!!!!!!!!! My best friend is moving back to San Mateo

Debbi, I hope you do'nt mind that I posted your picture in my journal, Hi friends, this is Debbi, my best friend. Is'nt she gorgeous ? She and I am like sisters.She used to live here in San Mateo but then her boyfriend Doug and her moved in together and she moved up to Jackson and I could'nt stop crying.Moving here was so hard for me and I was so sad that when I moved here Debbi left 2 months later.I will never forget that horrible night Debbi was in a a car accident after being hit by a drunk driver and when I was at home still living in Pacifica that night before it happened I had a horrible feeling in my gut that something was wrong, when Debbi called me I knew it was her before I picked it up and I took the phone outside of my place when she screamed  into the phone that she had been hit by a drunk driver in an  car accident, it was the worst night of my life and I could'nt even watch CSI before her accident happened that night,because my 6'th Sense was kicking in and I think I knew all night that something bad was going to happen to Debbi,I thought I would even lose her the week of her accident because she had a cruel and heartless doctor who told her she had better start updating her will,  thank God she recovered and she is alive and ok .I am so happy she is coming back here, I am sorry her boyfriend turned out to be such a heartless jerk and turned his back on her  and that is why she is moving back here but she knows that I am here for her always.I think once my best friend moves back here in two weeks I might hate it here in San Mateo a little less, I might not be online as much once Debbi moves back here.I'll still update my 2 journals though I promise,I love all of you and I would never leave you guys,  I Love You All Lisa XOXO

                 An Afternoon in The Park


             There once was a little boy who wanted to meet God.He knew it was a long trip to where God lived, so he packed his suitcase with cupcakes and a six pack of root beer and started his journey.

When he had gone about three blocks, he met an old woman.She was sitting in the park just staring at some pigeons.The boy sat down next to her and opened his suitcase.He was about to take a drink from his root beer when he noticed that the old lady looked hungry, so he offered her a cupcake.She gratefully accepted it and smiled at him.Her smile was so pretty that the boy wanted to see it again , so he offered her a root beer.Once again she smiled at him.The boy was delighted!

They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling , but they never said a word.
As it grew dark , the boy realized how tired he was and  he got up to leave, but before he had gone more then a few steps, he turned and ran back to the old woman and gave her a hug.She gave him her biggest smile ever .

When the boy opened the door to his own house a short time later his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his face.She asked him "What did you do today that made you so happy?"He replied "I had lunch with God" But before his mother could respond he added "You know what? She's got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen"
Meanwhile the old woman also radient with joy, returned to her home.Her son was stunned by the look of peace on her face and he asked "Mother, what did you do today that made you so happy?"
She replied "I ate cupcakes in the park with God" But before her son responded she added "You know , he's much younger then I expected"

My new cat

 Hi friends, hope you all are having a good weekend. As most of you know I have a Maine Coon cat named Mr Diva.There is a stray kitty here who I have bought food for every week.He is a pretty cat , grey with black markings and big green eyes.I need to give him a name and take some pictures of him.He always looks up at me when I go out on my balcony, I have decided to be his food owner, lol.I can afford some extra cat food for him every week, besides he is dependant on me now and I would never let an animal starve so it's settled.I have 2 cats now except one is feral, lol.I was going to post one of my poems tonight for you guys but I need to find it first and dig my early writings out of the box in my closet.I called my uncle Mark this morning to make dinner plans next Sunday for his birthday, I am going to take him to Outback Steakhouse for dinner and buy him a $ 25 dollar giftcard from Barnes and Noble, I got him a magnet for his magnet collection in Yosemite that had a picture of a beaver on it and it said "Dam it"  - he will love it.   Hi friends, hope you all had a good Friday.Thank you so much for all of your supportive comments about Diane , I just wish I knew what was going on with her, It's hard to find out too when I leave her messages and she never returns them.I know she is still alive because her cell phone rings when I call, Leene I liked your suggestion about writing a letter, I'll probably do it.Thanks for all of your sweet comments about Jorja too, I made the mistake of reading some of the comments under the TV Guide article and there were many nice ones but there were also trolls bashing her looks and saying they never liked her character Sara and then they go on to say they hate Jorja because they hate her character on CSI, how stupid is that ???Wow I ca'nt believe how unbelievably cruel some people can be, I think you are probably right Chrissie about all of this being just rumors,I hope it's just a publicity stunt to get more ratings for the Fall and nothing more.Anyhow I worked today and when I went to lunch Anthony made me feel all special and wanted me to buy him a iced tea, he gave me a $ 5 dollar bill and told me to buy myself one too, Awwwww he is  such a sweetheart, his wife is so lucky, wish I could swap places with her for a week, I hope you all have a great weekend, I am off until Wednesday, woo-hoo !!!!!!!!!! Did you guys hear that story about the kitty who lives in the nursing home and would go to visit the patients before they died and curl up next to them and sleep.Wow a kitty with a 6'th sense, it's been all over the news today.Please continue to keep Emmi's husband Jim in your prayers as well as Missie's brother Barry who will hopefully be able to recover soon now that he is home and Merlin , her sweet little kitty too .I Love You All Lisa XOXO

I Guess Diane's and my friendship is over

 Hi friends, I still have'nt heard from Diane so I'm going to assume she does'nt want to be friends anymore. J- Landers who need our prayers

 Hi friends, I smell like dirt and trees and I need a shower badly but I wanted to catch up on your journals first, see how much I love you guys, hehe.There are some J-landers who need our prayers -Emmi who is one of the sweetest people in J-land  and I cherish her as a friend-her husband Jim is in the hospital with pneumonia, please pray for Jim to get better soon so he can go home to Emmi and her kids, Emmi is a wonderful friend to all and I hate that her husband is sick and she is hurting, Emmi if you need to talk call me this weekend since I'm off, I would call you but I do'nt have your # Please keep Jim and Emmi and her family in your prayers, also please continue to keep Missie's brother  Barry in your prayers, he was doing good for a while and then the other day suffered a setback.  Pray he gets better soon so he can come home  and also her kitty Merlin, Merlin has been sick this week, Missie the same goes for you, if you ever need to talk call me :) Also please keep praying for Shelly as well , her brother died recently and she needs our hugs and support. My trip and Bad New possibly about Jorja :(

 Hi friends, I just got home tonight and I am dead tired.Yosemite was awesome and I took some nice pictures in the  National Parks there. I saw tons of deer and squirrels around and 2 bears yesterday. There were some amazing sights on the tour I took yesterday such as a tree which survived a fire and had a tunnel throughout it.I had trouble sleeping at night because my hotel was near the woods and I was scared that bears would be roaming around outside my  hotel room at night and want to break in the windows so I did'nt sleep that well.When I went to Alaska I met a park ranger there who told me a story about how a hiker had gone for a walk in the woods once and had been wearing headphones and a bear had snuck up behind the hiker and mauled them to death.I wish he had'nt had told me that, ever since I ca'nt get that image of my head, I wish I could forget about it but I ca'nt.I missed you all very much on my trip but it was an amazing time and I saw so much and will always have great memories.When I checked my email tonight wow you guys flooded my mailbox but I am happy , I will get caught up I promise, Ausiello from TV Guide is now saying in a TV Guide article online that CSI may be looking for a new Jorja Fox, wow I am really upset hearing this,Even if it is crap or not I starting crying reading it tonight:( I pray that article is crap or rumors from what the article said Sara might not survive the car accident,Damn it why Sara ? Why my favorite character on CSI ?I am depressed by this news, :( I am going to hope it's just an ugly rumor but until then I am going to be a little sad until I hear more CBS would be making a huge mistake getting rid of Jorja, she is such an amazing actress, I have the link for the article if any of you want to see it,Oh Lisa Jo I hope it is not true :( Thanks for the article anyhow,  I Love You All and I Missed You All Soooooooo Much Lisa XOXOXOXO

 Hi friends, this is my final entry until Thursday.I still have yet to pack but it should'nt take that long to pack for three days.This time my address book is coming with me, tommorow I have to get up at 5:00 a.m. , ugh that is going to suck,  but one day wo'nt kill me.It will take 3 and a half hours to drive there.I took all the important  stuff off my walls so the roofers wo'nt knock all my clocks and CSI pictures down when I am away. My kitty wo'nt be too happy with all the noise going on from the roofers this week.I'll miss you all so very much but know that all of you will be in my thoughts everyday, When I come home Thursday I will get caught up with your journals and answer emails and I' m not going to turn my alerts off either, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

All my sunflower seed requests have been filled

Grissom and Sara are coming down , but just for this week

 Hi friends, hope you all had a good Sunday,Chrissie I hope you and Kyan had a great time at the zoo today. So far I got 2 friends that are interested in the sunflower seed packets that I am giving away,  Lisa who has the journal Do'nt Take Life For Granted and Jeanne who has the journal  A Journey To A New Me, I got a notice on my door today saying this week there would be roofers coming and replacing the shingles above my place and there would be a lot of banging and hammering going on this week , My kitty will surely hate that  !!!!!!!!And to remove anything on the walls that you adore, so of course  my beloved pictures of William Petersen and Jorja Fox that are above my bed are coming down but just for this week.I adore those pictures and there is no way in hell I want them to fall off my wall and get broken.So they will be put on the floor for a week or propped up on my dresser.It is sooooo hot here today, keep letting me know for those of you that want Yosemite postcards, I'm bringing my address book with me , Tommorow I will do a final entry before I leave early Tuesday morning, I'll miss you all soooooooo much  but you will all be in my thoughts,  I'll be home Thursday afternoon just in time for CSI that night, yea !!!!!!!!, Love You All Lisa XOXO

Sunflowers Anyone ?????????

  Hi friends, I forgot to mention yesterday when I was at the street fair I was given 4 packets of sunflower seeds so if any of you would like one to plant in your garden let me know, I wish I had more then 4 packs to give away, I immediately thought of all of you when I was given the sunflower seeds, I have no garden here , just a balcony that looks onto the water outside.Anyhow let me know, I will take the first 4 requests , I wish I had a pack for all of you though, Love You All Lisa XOXO

Somebody Stop me, lol

  Hi friends, hope you all had a good Saturday.I was thankful to be off work today since Cyndie was supposed to pay our store a visit. I hope she was'nt being mean to Anthony or I might have to come and whoop her ass, lol.I went to a street fair in Menlo Park and spent way too much money.There were so many good vendors, I bought an awesome pink and white tie -dyed dress from this lady I knew in Pacifica when I used to live there, a blown glass necklace from another lady who had some cool jewelry , some homemade headbands from a woman I have known for years and some photo magnets.Retail therapy is great fun but can get expensive, lol.I hope you all are enjoying your weekend, Tuesday I will be leaving for Yosemite for 2 days , I have'nt been there since I was 10 years old, all of you who want a postcard let me know, I will send one to any of you that want one,  Jackie I know you requested one and Rose too, I will miss commenting in your journals and talking to you guys online but I will be back sometime Thursday so then I will get caught up on journals again and answer your emails, I'm not going to turn my alerts off when I am away, it will only be 2 days and a half , Wow I am going to miss you guys so much,  I wish I had a laptop so I could pop in your journals and visit , maybe someday though.I got a good 2 mile walk in today walking around the street fair so that was good since I slacked off this week exercising, I need a workout partner to motivate me sometimes, Have a good Sunday everyone, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

Rude is the new norm

 Hi friends, hope you all had a good Friday.I did'nt sleep again last night so I dragged myself into work today feeling half-dead.It was a busy day and I must have given away like 20 World Market totebags.Here is a huge pet peeve of mine, people who come up to the register yakking on thier cell phones and do'nt say one word to me the whole time of the transaction.I just think that is so unbelievably rude.But nowadays manners are non- existant and rudeness seems to be the new norm.I still have'nt heard from Diane so I am going to assume she does'nt want me as a friend anymore.God it hurts my heart.I have always been good to her so I ca'nt see why she would want to end our friendship of 3 years but hey if that what she wants then , fine so be it.I am just so confused as to why ???????? Guess I just have to let her go and move on with my life.My sweet Anthony came back today and wow did he look good , he was smiling and had a nice tan.My paycheck was huge today from working 4'th of July and Cheryl gave me my vacation pay, yea !!!!!!! Hey Lisa Jo or Chrissie do you know the cost of a Tivo ? I am thinking of getting one this weekend, are they hard to use ? TGIF and Happy Birthday tommorow Angie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Hi friends, hope you all had a good Thursday.I worked today from 10 -5 and it was'nt a very busy day, however for all the customers that spent over $ 25 they got an awesome World Market totebag free.I caught the drunk creep staring at me in the mall again today, that guy is like obsessed with me or something, I swear to God he better not ever try to touch me or I will call Mall Security so fast on his ass his head will spin.Anthony will be back tommorow -Yea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy about that, he was very much missed  !!!!!!!! There is a very special J- Lander who has a birthday tommorow, Angie who has the journal My Life and Chaos, she is a beautiful person with such a huge heart and she is always thinking of others, I am proud to call her my friend and those of you who know her know what a great person she is !!!!!!!!, Angie Happy Birthday to you !!!!!!!!!! Thanks for being such an amazing friend  to me!!!!!!! Thank God tommorow is Friday, I am working 9 - 5 and then off for the weekend, Hope you all enjoy the CSI tonight on CBS at 9:00 p.m. Chrissie I am so impressed by you because you are a new CSI watcher and yet you always remember what the titles of each episode are that you see.That is so awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jorja totally deserved an Emmy for her role in Empty Eyes :( Oh and I saw some troll bashing Jorja about her looks on the CSI Wiki board  and I defended her as usual, I hate when people pick on Jorja, it pisses me off to no end !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just remind her that her true fans love her and not to listen to the trolls .

Explaining my crabby bitch icon, I'm not really a crabby bitch, lol

 Hi friends, hope you all had a good day.I had the worst time sleeping last night and I ended up sleeping for only one hour and I had to work 8 hours today at work, ugh.I felt really tired and out of it but I tried my best to be friendly and helpful.Cheryl was in a pretty good mood today so that was nice.Anthony will finally be back on Friday, yea !!!!!! I really missed him !!!!!! I just want to explain why I put that icon in my sidebar that says "Being a Crabby Bitch is part of my charm.For those of you who know me you know I am not a crabby bitch.I do'nt get mad that often and I never take my anger or frustration out on others and I would never treat any of you bad because you are all my friends and I cherish all of you very much.The real reason I put that icon there was to make you guys laugh, I just thought it was funny how the woman had the big giddy smile on her face, something about that was so funny.So for those are you that are new to my journal fear not , I am no crabby bitch and I just put that icon there because I thought it was funny and it would make you guys laugh.When I was at work today I saw the drunk creep watching me in the Food Court, I got really scared and I kept an eye on him after I bought my food so he would'nt follow me.That guy has no business at all hanging out in the mall, he is just so creepy !!!!!!!!!!! CSI Spoilers For Season 8 -Do'nt Read If You Want To Be Surprised !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Hi friends, I read online last night that Greg has something to do with Sara's rescue on the first new episode of CSI in September, he like spots the car that she is trapped under from a helicopter or something.I was kind of hoping being the hopeless romantic that I am that Grissom would rescue Sara but if Greg does I'm cool with that too, It would give Greg a chance to be a hero and I loved how in that CSI episode Organ Grinder from Season 2 he asked Catherine if Sara would go out with him, too cute :)Actually I am hoping for a private moment in the hospital between Grissom and Sara and maybe a hug or a kiss between them, I have always wanted him to hug Sara or kiss her.OMG that would be soooooooo awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  God this summer is so long for me because my favorite character on CSI is trapped underneath a car somewhere in the desert until the first new CSI episode of the fall in September, I just want to see Sara get saved !!!!!!!!!!! Predicting My Own Death ??????

 Hi friends, I had a very scary dream last night that my friend Anna and I were in her car and going to the mall to hang out and a car came out of nowhere and hit our car and it burst into flames and we both died.Scary -oh yeah !!!!!!!!! I woke up in a cold sweat shaking.I have shared with you guys before that I have some phychic abilities, when the phone rings sometimes I know who it is before I answer it or I can sense things before they happen sometimes.I admit this ability can be a blessing as well as a curse.I hope I did'nt predict my own death last night.Wow that dream seemed real.Please do'nt worry I have no intention at all of trying to scare you guys , it may be just a dream and nothing more will become of it.I am not really so much scared of death but it is the fear of the unknown that scares me.Anyhow I went to my doctor's appt today and she wants me to try another blood pressure pill as well as the one I am taking down.Hopefully the side effects will be tolerable.I am going away next week for 3 days so the last thing I want is to feeling sick from some new pill side effects.Donna , Happy Birthday to you, hope you are having a wonderful day, I Love You All and Thanks For your comments and for reading, Lisa XOXO

Happy Birthday tommorow Donna

Hi friends, hope you all are having an ok day so far. I am going to try and get my ass to the exercise room later for an hour.Thank you sooooooo much for all your kind comments about my journal sidebar.I am proud of how it looks, I feel like such a dummy sometimes because I am not able to post pictures online for you guys but now at least my journal sidebar has some decorations  and one picture of me, lol.I am so glad I'm off work today, there is so much I have to get done later on.I still have'nt heard from Diane , of course I start wondering what I did wrong and why she is'nt returning my calls. She always used to call me back before so I do'nt understand what is going on.I guess from the way I grew up always being put down and made to feel bad about myself it is not hard to still catch myself doing it .There is a very special friend of mine who has a birthday tommorow, I would like to wish my sweet online friend Donna a very Happy Birthday tommorow !!!!!!!! CSI marathon on at 6:00 p.m. on Spike TV

 Hi friends, just wanted to let those of you that are CSI fans know that there is a CSI marathon on tonight at 6:00 p.m.to 11:00 p.m. on Spike TV, I have a headache this morning but I'll take something for it in a minute, There is a street fair in Los Altos I'll be going to today, I still have'nt heard from Diane , perhaps she is just busy.But if a month goes by and I do'nt hear from her I will assume that she does'nt want me as a friend anymore which still would'nt make any sense to me because I have been good to her.I've had friends in high school turn around and stab me in the back and betray me and my dad pretty much did the same to me  so I guess there is a part in me that would'nt be surprised if it happened again.I hope not though, I know in my heart I am a good person .Anyhow hope you all have a relaxing Sunday, it's a beautiful day here and I'm going to go out and enjoy the sun, Love You All Lisa XOXO , Let me know what you think of my new decorated sidebar !!!!!!!!!

Feeling Puzzled

 Hi friends, hope you all are enjoying your Saturday.Chrissie bless your heart,  I was in tears reading your sweet comments about Jorja.She is an amazing actress because she has the ability to make you feel what she is feeling especially when she is sad.By the way I loved the pictures of Kyan you posted, I would love to play with him or read him a story, he is such a cutie !!!!!!!!!! For two weekends in a row I have called my online friend Diane ( She is'nt a J-lander by the way) and she has'nt gotten back to me.We have never fought before so she has no reason to be mad at me but I feel stupid always leaving her messages and never hearing back from her. I have never gotten in a fight with any of my friends before , I am a peacemaker and I know that I am a good friend to others so I am baffled by her not calling me back.I do'nt know what is going on with her,but it hurts my feelings when she does'nt call me back.The ball is in her court I guess, I will wait and see if I hear from her.If any of you would like to chat on the phone with me sometime , let me know and I'll email you my phone number.Sometimes I get lonely on weekends.Next week I have to go back to my doctor and see if she can up my dosage for my blood pressure pills because it is still not as low as it should be.I also have an appt with a nutritionist scheduled for next week, Have a fun and safe weekend friends,  Please continue to keep Lisa Jo and Missie and Shelly in your thoughts, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

TGIF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Hi friends, I am so glad this week is over, it has been a long one.I apologize for the short entry last night, I was'nt feeling well last night, I felt nauseated and sweaty, today I feel better thank God !!!!!!! I used my last Aqua Fresh White Strip last night and yes my teeth are whiter , lol.Those little trays work pretty good and I feel more confident when I smile now.Thanks for all of your kind comments in my fan fiction journal, I love writing and my mind is always going a mile a minute creating new entrys, I wish I could write for CSI, I posted the link for my fan fiction journal on the CSI Wiki board a week ago but I did'nt really hear much but I can try again.I am so glad my Mr Red is gone, this month's visit was a bad one, Please continue to keep Lisa Jo and Missie and Shelly and Kelli in your thoughts or go visit them and give them a hug.They are all having a hard time right now and need our support, I Love You All and Thanks for your comments , they keep me going :) Lisa XOXO P.S. Wednesday Worries

 Hi friends, hope you all had a good day.I am drained from working 8 hours and I have some many journal alerts to catch up on but I promise I will get caught up tonight.Work was boring but I helped Robin open up alot of boxes of dinner plates and put them out .There was a customer who came in around 3:00 p.m. , I could tell she was rich by the way she was dressed and how she was dripping with expensive jewelry.She came in the store and started ordering one of our cashiers Brenda around like a slave, I dubbed her Miss Priss and Robin came in the back to deal with her and help her get what she needed.I admire Robin's patience dealing with people like that, she is way better at dealing with arrogant and rude people then I am.I asked her about Anthony's wedding and she said it was a nice wedding.After work I went out to dinner with some friends and my mind was going a mile a minute as usual and I was putting together a Grissom and Sara fan fiction entry in my head all through dinner.Speaking of Jorja there is still a rumor going around about her status next season on CSI and the newest rumor going now is Jorja will only be back for 5 episodes of CSI next Season which makes no sense at all to me because she is Grissom's love interest on the show and why would she sign her contract for next Season for only 5 episodes ?????? Oh man this upsets me very much and I hope it is a false rumor.I have'nt heard from my friend Margo in a couple of days and I'm worried.She was out of town this weekend for a wedding and supposed to be back yesterday and I did'nt see her online all yesterday or tonight, I hope she is ok, I miss talking to her.I'm worried about her, please say a prayer that she is ok. I am hoping she is just over -tired from her trip.Thank you my friends, tommorow night is CSI night !!!!!!!!!! Woo-hoo I love Thursdays !!!!!!!! I Love You All Lisa XOXO P.S. Hi friends, I'm sure you all must have read this story about the moron who tried to rob a bank in New Hampshire and posed as a tree, God can you say stupid ???? Just when you thought you heard everything some idiot like this shows up and proves you wrong, that picture above is hysterical, can you imagine the bank tellers when they saw this dummy in the bank, I would have wanted to bust up laughing myself, he may have pulled a gun on me but hey at least I would have gotten a good laugh first.When I went to Safeway earlier I bought some strawberrys and when I pulled out one package of them the entire display collasped and  all the strawberrys fell on me and I was on my ass on the floor covered in strawberrys,  boy did I feel like an idiot, guess the store manager will get a good laugh later tonight after seeing that footage on me.Just call me Strawberry girl, lol.Anyhow Lisa Jo you are in my thoughts today, if you need me I am just a click away, Missie you are in my thoughts too, I pray that your brother will make a healthy recovery, I also pray that your precious kitty Merlin will get better, Kelli you are in my thoughts too, If you need me I'm here for you, Back to work for me tommorow, today is Anthony's 31'st birthday, Happy Birthday Anthony !!!!!!!!!,  I Love You All and Thanks for your comments and for reading :) Lisa XOXO

Friends In My Thoughts Today

 Hi friends, it's a cold , overcast morning here .Lisa Jo is in my thoughts today .I wish so much I could be there with her on this difficult day.Lisa I know I ca'nt be with you today but in my heart I am, sending big hugs your way to comfort you .Putting a pet to sleep is never an easy thing, when I was 11 my family dog Zorro became ill and we had to put him to sleep, my heart was so sad that day but I know when Maddie comes to doggie heaven Zorro and her will play together and keep each other company and become the best of friends.Missie your family is in my thoughts today too, I pray that your brother recovers soon in the hospital and I pray that your cute kitty Merlin gets better.Kelli  my prayers are with you too, I am so sorry about Miss Cleo , you have been in my thoughts today too , Sending some prayers up for you and some big hugs your way. I feel so bad that so many of my friends are suffering right now, it makes me feel helpless , but the best thing I can do is be there for them to comfort them.Margo I hope you have a safe trip home today, I have missed you so much this week, I Love You All and I am here if you need me, Lisa XOXO

Feeling Lonely

 Hi friends, I am feeling a little lonely today, One of my good friends online is away until Tuesday and I miss her alot.We usually chat everyday, My closest friend that used to live in San Mateo is going through a bad break -up right now so I do'nt hear from her as much as I'd like , my good friend Jodi's dad is back in the hospital so she is unavailable to me, I have called Diane two weekends in a row and heard nothing, my phone has been silent all day, I wished all of you lived closer to me, I could really use a friend right now, Love You All Lisa XOXO

 Hi friends, I have a heavy heart tonight and there are 2 J-landers who need our prayers , first off Lisa Jo who has the online journal Damaged Good Too, she is a wonderful and caring friend with the biggest heart of anyone I know, her sweet beagle Maddie has another stroke and her health is'nt very good right now, please keep Maddie in your prayers, she is a precious dog and I just keep praying that she is be ok, also Missie who has the online journal Missie's Upside Down World, her brother is in a coma and  is in the hospital right now , please keep Missie's brother in your prayers, Missie is a great friend and an awesome person .I ask you all to send up prayers please for Lisa Jo and Missie, thanks so much, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

Happy Birthday to my favorite actress Jorja Fox

  Happy 39'th Birthday Jorja !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jorja, you are without a doubt the most amazing actress on TV today, The way that you do a scene never fails to impress me , the scene that affected me the most was from Nesting Dolls when you were crying and telling Grissom about how your mother shot your father in self defense and how he was abusive to you as a child.I was wiping away tears of my own ,  it brought back so many bad memories and I cried all night after that episode was over, when I first started watching CSI I was struck by how similar your character Sara Sidle was to me.I saw so much of me in Sara it blew my mind.

The thing that made me admire your character Sara Sidle the most on CSI is that even if you have been to hell and back growing up you can still prevail and become an inspiration to others.There were times in my life growing up when I was miserable beyond words,when I was a freshman in high school  I was at a very low point in my life and I thought about suicide, , I was just ready to give up on life and did'nt want to deal with the pain anymore or the emptiness that lay inside my soul.I sought profesional help and with the help of friends and some family I fought my way out out of the black hole but it was'nt easy.

One thing that I really admire about Jorja is that her beauty is more of a girl next door type then a Hollywood starlet, she seems approachable and not the least bit stuck up or arrogant.She has a very likable  quality to her that is rare among celebrities nowadays, I grew up feeling ugly and I never thought I could accept myself for who I was but Jorja taught me that you do'nt always have to be perfect looking to be on TV, Jorja looks like a real woman and she gave me the strength to accept myself and try to forget about all the negative coments about myself my dad had fed me as a child.All the hate and mean comments from my dad had done some serious damage to my self -worth and brick by brick I was able to repair some of the wall that had been destroyed inside of me.If I am ever lucky enough to meet Jorja I will tell her how much she means to me and how she has changed my life for the better.

Some of you might be puzzled as to why I admire Jorja so much but I can only say you would have to have walked a mile in my shoes as a kid with a verbally abusive and sometimes physically abusive dad to truly know and understand what it was like. I never ever thought that I would feel good about myself and be able to find acceptance within me. I still have days where I feel like a nothing.I truly hope that none of you have been in that dark place before because it was not fun.

Jorja I hope I can meet you someday and tell you what an inspiration you are to me and so many others.When I sent you that necklace that time and you were wearing it on CSI that was one of the coolest things that ever happened to me.So I wish you a wonderful birthday tommorow and I think you are just an amazing human being as well as an actress who I admire a great deal.And another thing if Grissom ever wants to marry you on CSI you had better not turn him down !!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Jorja, I hope you have the most amazing birthday ever, I love you Jorja , you will always be my #1 favorite actress ever !!!!!!!!! Your favorite CSI fan Lisa

 Hi friends, I do'nt know what is wrong with me today but I feel blah, maybe a sign of a bad period coming , great, lol.I would like to wish Sharon of Coastal Comforts a very Happy Birthday today !!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Sharon, hope you are having a wonderful day.I am preparing Jorja's birthday entry for Saturday, I found her baby picture online on a fan site, she was such a precious baby and I found a picture of her when she was about 4, what a cute little girl she was !!!!!!!! Tonight is CSI night, woo-hoo, I love Thursday nights, I live for them actually, lol.Back to work for me tommorow, it's been a warm day here but that is nothing compared to Las Vegas today, I heard it was supposed to hit 116 degrees today, can you say "Damn" !!!!!!!!!!!! You could probably fry eggs and bacon on the sidewalk there and have yourself a cook-out, lol.Heat like that is dangerous !!!!!!!!!!! Hi friends, hope you all are having a good 4'th of July, it is so damn hot here !!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least 87 degrees out, whew !!!!!!!!!! Happy Fourth of July !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi friends, tommorow is 4'th of July, OMG I am sooooooooooooo excited, I do'nt even mind having to work 9 - 5 tommorow, I love the 4'th of July, it's so fun.Tommorow night I will probably go check out the fireworks on the water here so I wo'nt have to go far at all, lol.I hope you all have a good and safe 4'th of July tommorow, thank you guys so much for all of your tips from preventing my friend's dog from peeing on the rug, you guys are awesome !!!!!!!!!!! Did you guys know that I have a little bit of phycic powers ? It's absolutely true, sometimes when I am here or at work if the phone rings I know who it is before I answer it, kinda freaky, lol.Or the time Debbi was in a car accident I sensed it before it happened, I think maybe my grandmother had that too, the ability to sense things before they happen,by the way my first TV Guide came yesterday in th mail, I love subscribing to it, it's so fun to check it every week for CSI articles, lol,I am dying of curiosity of how the first CSI of the Fall Season will start but I know Sara will be rescued from under the car, hopefully by Grissom,  anyhow I hope you all have a great day tommorow, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

Question For you guys

Hi friends, I have a question for you all from a J-lander and a very sweet friend of mine, Donna, her dog has been peeing on her rugs lately and she is trying to figure out a way to prevent it from happening, do any of you have any suggestions to prevent her dog from peeing on the rugs, as you all know I am a huge animal lover and I would have tons of cats and chihuahua's if I could, I love animals but I have'nt had a dog in a long time so I appreciate any feedback you guys can offer, Donna does'nt want to get rid of the dog, her son would be heartbroken, thank you guys so much !!!!!!!!!I know alot of you have dogs so I look forward to hearing your suggestions, Love You All and Thanks , Lisa XOXO

5 Rocking Journals

 Ok I found this in Lisa's journal who has the online journal Do'nt Take Life For Granted and I am supposed to pick 5 journals from 5 of my online friends that are awesome so here goes .............

First off Emmi who has the journal What Chaps My Ass, she is a beautiful person , both inside and out  and loyal friend  and a great mom too and I love her journal entries and her awesome tags that she makes every week for us !!!!!!! Emmi you are awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second Lisa Jo who has the private journal More Damaged Goods , She is a beautiful person with such a huge heart.Lisa was one of my first readers and she is a wonderful friend  and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet !!!!!!!!!! And I am proud to say I got her hooked on CSI.


Third I would like to give a shout -out to Kelli who has the journal Noonmom , she is a great mom and a great friend too, she is very caring and has a kind word for everyone she meets.
