I'm an aunt
Hi friends, Merry Christmas to you all, I met my mom and brother and Uncle for dinner tonight, we all had a nice time, my Uncle went out to the car a minute and pulled out a red and white card that had a photo inside of Anthony, my brother who hates me and does'nt talk to me or Derek, my younger brothre or my mom.He moved to Georgia 3 years ago, never gave us an address or phone number, just moved on and left us, his family behind without looking back.Anthony has a 2 month year old son who was in the picture , so I guess I am an aunt now and my brother is an uncle and my mom is a grandma
.Too bad I will never get to meet my nephew.It's sad how our family split apart after the divorce, it sucks.I would like to thank Terry Ann, Janie and Russ for the beautiful cards I recieved in the mail today.Wishing you all a beautiful Christmas with blessings, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

That is sure bittersweet. You are an aunt but you may never know the child. Sounds like me and my daughter. Have a good Christmas tomorrow. Hope you got the kitty something nice.

Awww... that is so sad because you would make a wonderful aunt. People that don't have children usually spoil their nieces and nephews. My kids think that Kyan is IT and he's like their own child that's how much they love him. I hope your brother will let you all see his son one day.

maybe someday that brother of yours will change and come back around. He is missing such a SPECIAL lady in you. Last night we went to Rick's brothers home...Joey. Guess what? Joey and his wife, Angel, are OBSESSED with CSI. I mean, OBSESSED. I told them all about you and they had CSI going on their big screen the whole time we were there so i sat and watched an episode with my SIL. She is in love with Warrick and Nick too. They both love Gil the best. It just tickled me.

Congratulations on being an aunt, unfortunately you don't get to see your nephew. I hope he really doesn't hate you. That is such a strong word and feeling. Maybe you can reach out to him and maybe forge a relationship in the future. Hope you are having a very nice Christmas. Luv ya!

OH Honey, i am sorry to hear this. My childhood friend has 1 brother and after her dad died, he just well, took off, he lives in the SAME TOWN really, that is almost harder, there kids even do some sports together now. it's hard, I don't understand all that. And I"m sorry to see that you hurt over this :(
