Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Birthday tommorow Missie
Hi friends, work was uneventful today compared to yesterday.I came to work with my iced Mc Donald's coffee in hand, I guess I should have eaten more this morning because I ended up with heartburn at work but I was'nt there too long today.Does anyone know if the aol alerts are down again, I updated my CSI fan fiction journal last night but nobody has commented, just wondering.I went out to eat last night with some friends at Outback, drank some Cokes at dinner and then had trouble sleeping last night, why is soda such a tough give -up ?????? I seriously hate my stomach though, I look pregnant, I just want to get my stomach slim again. There is an awesome J- lander who has a birthday tommorow, tommorow is Missie's birthday, Thank you for being a great friend Missie, hope you have a wonderful birthday tommorow

Learn to give up soda. It isn't good for you and you don't need it. Drink water. Force yourself to and eventually you will like it and it will be a good habit instead of a bad one. Happy V day to you.

LOST from the last 2 wks has been OUT OF THIS WORLD......that show is just the most amazing EVER....i wish Nick would kiss me like he is kissing Jorja. I miss CSI.....i love Outback and haven't ate there in ages.
