Hi friends, I am sharing my favorite recipe for preparing chicken, hope you all enjoy, here it is .................
Chicken Jeruselum
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
I pint of cream or half and half or if you prefer a tub of sour cream
One bottle of white wine, cooking or any kind you choose
2 cans of artichoke hearts
a package of fresh mushrooms
Fresh green onions
Ok first dip the chicken breasts in flour and fry for 30 minutes or until brown.When they are nicely browned add the white wine and the cream and the mushrooms and artichoke hearts.Simmer for about 45 minutes.When it is done simmering let it cool for 10 minutes and garnish with green onions when you are about to serve it.There you have it, a simple, delicious way to have chicken.
