Hi friends, hope you all had a good Saturday.Mine was good, I went to breakfast with my mom this morning and then went shopping.I came home and worked out for an hour which felt good.I need to get back into shape and motivate myself to eat better and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, I can do 30 minutes, that is not a big deal.Sometimes I wish I had a personal trainer to give me momentum when I need it, But I need to do this for me, to be healthy -I want so bad to lose weight and get my figure back.I know I can do it, it wo'nt be easy but I will motivate myself to do it.I am not working much this coming week , but I can devote more time to working out then.I've had John Mayer's song Clarity in my head for the past two days-I like him and I think he has alot of talent.I went to the Vinyl Solution to look for his CD Heavier Things tonight , but I did'nt see it so I will try looking at Barnes and Noble tommorow.I was going to go see a movie tommorow too, maybe the new Beatrix Potter movie.I wish Jorja would be in a movie.I think she is so talented .She seems so awesome and down to earth like a perfect person to hang out with and go have a beer with.I saw a magazine article in Ok magazine a few months ago thanks to Leene who gave me a heads-up spotting the article and Jorja said "My dog is my best friend" Now how many actresses do you know that would say that? Jorja is so awesome !!!!!!!!! I hope someday I can meet her in Vegas hopefully.I hope you all have a good Sunday tommorow, is Aol still eating alerts ? I hope it is fixed now and not eating alerts, I Love You All and Hugs Lisa XO

Got the alert! Good for you foor working out. They say if you do something regularly for three weeks, it is much easier to keep the pattern going, because it becomes a habit. Good luck with the exercises. Margo

Exercise is a great thing; it is just staying motivated to make it a habit in your life that is the hard part. It is so difficult to stay motivated; at least for me. But I am off to the gym myself this morning; WISH ME LUCK!!

I like your positive thinking comments about your health and doing it for you. Keep those thoughts in your head and don't worry about weighing yourself cause that will only set yourself up for a fall. You will lose inches and you will notice when your clothes fit differently. Stay positive, stay happy, and don't let anything get in your way or get you down. Take care cutie!

You've got a great attitude and that is half the battle :) I've decided with the New Year here to walk at least 3 times a week and so far so good. I know you can do this :)
