A Nice Beast -Free Day
Hi friends, hope you all had a good Thursday.I had a nice beast -free day at work today.It was heaven, lol.I looked on the schedule and I am off until next Wednesday, yeah baby !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a break from that place, I am been working so much lately, but it does keep the bills paid and the cat fed, lol. I have'nt heard from Torrid but it has been a week so I'll be patient, .I would like to thank Emmi for the awesome "Good Luck" card that she sent me in my search for another job and also Sharon who sent me an awesome postcard in the mail today, thank you ladies :) I hope you all have a good Friday, I am looking forward to my 5 days off with no beast.I still do'nt know why the police were talking to her yesterday , but it was interesting to say the least.Happy Friday, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

How about you go back to Torrid and let them know you are very interested and talk to a manager. Don't wait for them, be proactive and go fill out apps at other places while you are off as well. Have a happy Friday. : ) Luv ya!

Too bad you have this upcoming week off instead of the week you wanted. I agree with Allison, the best way to let someone know that you want a job is to keep going there and telling them you want a job. Take care.

Hi Lisa,
Sounds like a nice break.
Son is on Spring Break next week, he was upset that a lot of the other schools had it this week.
Today he has a half-day...out at 10:45, he has a big smile on his face & is thinking his friends are going to be done with their break and his is just to begin. He is having his friend sleep over on Saturday. He's excited, I'm not...but at least he will have some fun.
I am trying to pull out of my sadness, but am stuck in it.

You are so welcome for the postcard. Just love those came with my mom's calendar this year and hated not to send them out. Glad you are getting some time off and keeping my fingers crossed that either you find something else or the beast does! LOL
