A hour of TV that might change your life , Welcome back Michelle, and other thoughts

Hi friends, it's me, your long lost buddy Lisa who used to be a J -land regular, but still tries to keep in touch with you all with my broken computer.I have been so sad after hearing Randy Pausch died yesterday of pancreatic cancer,I feel like a member of my own family has died, Randy really touched my heart with his words when he appeared on Dateline that time with Diane Sawyer,  He also wrote a bestselling book called The Last Lecture which is still a bestseller today.He had such love for his wife and his 3 kids, he was talking about a tv movie and he said something like "I do'nt know who would play my wife because she is so beautiful, he kept saying it was unfair that he would'nt be around to see his children grow up, Last night when I was watching 20 / 20 a preview for this Tuesday's Primetime aired and the show this Tuesday night will be about Randy and remembering him, If any of you never saw his Dateline interview with Diane Sawyer I urge you all to watch this show this Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. on ABC , be inspired by his words, I wish my own father had been that loving and caring towards his family as Randy was, the world lost a great man yesterday who forever touched my heart.I would like to wish my awesome friend Michelle a big welcome home :) She had a rough patch for a few days but is now back again , welcome back hon, so glad you are doing ok , and know that you were missed alot by me and many others, Hope you all have a great weekend, I'm off work till Tuesday, Thank God, this week between the inventory and Cyndie hanging around  like wet wash was not fun`, anyhow hope you all are doing well, I hope to be back here on a regular journaling basis soon, I Love You All Lisa XOXO

 

Not a Happy Camper :(

My computer has gotten worse and seems to be failing more every day, I am not happy at all right now, October seems like such a long way off :( Love and Miss you all, goes to cry :( XOXO Lisa

An Entry From Yours Truly, lol

 Hi friends, I'm still alive, here at the library writing this entry, my computer refused to let me online again so I am not too happy, hope you all are doing well, I sure miss you all and J - land too, not too much going on with me, I was shocked to hear last week my favorite leading man, William Petersen is leaving CSI next season, however my favorite foxy lady will be appearing for a few episodes so that is good at least, but I do'nt think after Billy leaves CSI , I will want to watch anymore, he is CSI - the show will never be the same without him  Sniff, boo- hoo :( Anyhow there is a birthday tommorow, the beautiful Angie of Peyton's Water will be 35, Happy Birthday Angie !!!!!!! Wishing you a truly awesome day, I'll give you a call sometime tommorow, I need to make another dr's appt next week for my ears to be cleaned out, wax is building up in them again, Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, I got some shocking news at work last week, our new manager Eugene who I liked is leaving , so now we will be getting our 9'th new manager,please send up a prayer that the new manager is a good one, I am so nervous wondering who the new person will be, not so good with change either, Also please keep my good friend Margo in your prayers or go to the Call For Support journal and visit her, she lost both her parents within 4 days, I ca'nt imagine, Love You Margo, you are in my thoughts , anyhow I guess I've rambled enough for one day, I miss you all and love you all lots, Lisa XOXO

A Small Update and 2 Birthdays this week in J - land

 Hi friends, it's your long lost friend Lisa writing to you from the library, hope you all have been  doing ok, I am still royally pissed off about my computer situation, I was proud to read last week Jorja is raising awareness about preventing cruelty towards circus animals, there is footage I saw last night on Geraldo of some of the animals being beaten and kicked and I was in tears watching that, kudos to Jorja for caring so much and for using her celebrity for a good cause.This week 2 awesome J -landers are having a birthday, on Thursday My lovely friend Donna turns 50 so Happy Early Birthday my sweet and awesome friend !!!!!!!! Thanks for being such a loving and sweet friend to me.This coming Sunday the gorgeous Angie of the journal Peyton's Water turns 35, Angie hope you have a wonderful birthday, I just love and adore you so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not too much going on with me, work is going good, I am still trying to figure out what kind of laptop computer to get, do you guys know if the Dell laptops are good ? I am either thinking Dell or Apple Macbook, I Love And miss you all bunches, Lisa XOXO

Very Pissed Off, But Happy Birthday Jorja

  Hi friends, writing to you all from the library , again.............., my computer completely failed me this morning and refused to let me online so I have a feeling of what is yet to come.I am in a crappy mood today and the sky high temperatures are 'nt helping any, however it is the birthday of a beautiful and talented actress that I love- Happy Birthday Jorja, you look terrific for 40 !!!!!!!!!! I wish you a wonderful birthday and nothing but the best always, I am proud to be your # 1 fan, I love you Jorja :), speaking of birthdays Angie I got you an awesome birthday present at my work today, Donna I know you have a birthday too this month, snail mail is on the way for Mark and Donna that went out today, I may have to come here from now on and write journal entries as well as comment on journals so I may get behind on journals , but I will eventually catch up, I Love and Miss you all Lisa XOXO Oh and by the way in my defense all the B- day gifts I purchased for Jorja did'nt cost me much at all, everything I got her came to about $ 17 with my trusty Employee Discount, For someone who buys alot of gifts and cards, an employee discount is a godsend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just Venting and Happy 40'th Birthday Jorja

  Hi friends, I am writing this entry from the library since I no longer can write journal entries from my home.I am sick about my computer situation and every day it seems to get a little bit worse.I hate this beyond words, This coming Monday July 7'th is my favorite actress Jorja Fox's 40'th birthday so I would like to take the time and wish Jorja a wonderful 40'th birthday, Jorja , you are my idol and I look up to you and admire you so much, I hope you liked the birthday presents I sent you, you look great for 40, I hope I look that good when I am 40, I love you Jorja, ca'nt wait to see you back on CSI again, anyhow hope you all are doing ok, I miss journaling so much, I am still hoping to get a laptop, but it may not be until October :( I Love and miss you all Lisa XOXO
