Certify or not ????????

Hi friends, I'll be making a trip to the Post Office this morning, I bought Jorja a red heart necklace at my store yesterday, something cute that was a modern but casual design I knew she would love, the question is when I mail it to her this morning should I certify it ??????? Let me know, Love You All Lisa XOXO

Hi Lisa, I sell on eBay. If you are wanting to get a signature get it certified. Anyone can sign for it. I think you can request the person to sign it, not sure. If you put confirmation on it... all it does is tell you that it was delivered but you will not know if it was delivered to the correct place. Confirmation is only to prove that the person mailing the package mailed it. It protects the seller on eBay.  One time I met Patty Loveless and she told me to put (PERSONAL: Patty Loveless)  on the package (tape songs I wrote) on the package... other wise her manager would get the package instead of her. I hope this information helps. Hugs, Janie

Opppss! Forgot to tell you this. You need to get it certified with a return. You will receive a form in the mail telling you who signed for it. :)  Just tell the post office what you want and they will help you. As for myself, I would rather pay more and know that she received it.  :-) Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Janie

don't certify it, they may send it back. Ask for "Confirmation Delivery"
that way you will know where it is during route and when it arrives you will be given a code :)
Love ya

Everybody else has good comments. How do you know what address do you send it to? Margo

Hi Lisa,
I'm not sure, but I see Angie commented and she goes to the PO alot!
I don't know anything about that, are you going to get insurance on it?
I bet your Mom has something to do with this...lol
I also wondered how do you know where  to send it?
Jorja is so lucky to have such a thoughtful/devoted fan as you!
It is freezing here in the Detroit area, WINDY
This morning it was 10 and so windy,
my car doors were frozen and storm door on the house.
Yesterday it rained in the afternoon and evening...then the temp
dropped.  I don't know what the wind chill temp was but I know that
I've been freezing my ass off!
Take care.
Love,
Donna

I wouldn't pay to certify it but ask for a comfrimation delivery. It's what I do when I send something more than a letter ... it's cheaper to. Emmi
